From the singular, Latin, erratum — referring to an error in text or speech — the plural, errata refers to a list of corrected errors appended to a book. In our terms, it is a fulfillment of the absent, the needed; a correction of the errors we’ve encountered.
Our tools are culinary, visual, olfactory, but ephemeral too. Errata offers a chance to consider, or reconsider, the essence of a meal — what a meal can be. We curate and design a complete experience, in which everything from the progression of the prix fixe menu, to the ambiance of the space, to the mood of the service, is intricately considered. The result is strange yet luxurious, evocative, and mysteriously satisfying.
